Ordering
To contact us about ordering please call us at (306)569-6029 or send us an email at orders@calibercoffee.ca
We will grind your coffee for no charge. Let us know your preferred grind size on each order.
Pick-up orders will be processed as quick as possible. We will let you know when your order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up location is our Roastery Store located in Regina, SK @ 1400 St. John Street.
Local delivery service is available in the Regina, SK area (includes, Pilot Butte, White City and Emerald Park). Outside of that we use Canada Post or Purolator Courier.

RETURN POLICY:
Original receipt must be presented at the time of return.
PRODUCTS UNDER $1,000.00 IN VALUE:
If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your purchase bring it back for a full refund within 90 days of purchase.
PRODUCTS OVER $1,000.00 IN VALUE:
If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your purchase bring it back for a full refund less a 20% re-stocking fee within 90 days of purchase. A manager will need to be present to process the return – please email care@calibercoffee.ca to set up a return appointment.
ALL “DEMO”, “DISPLAY” AND “OPEN BOX” ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
WARRANTY COVERAGE:
All products we sell are intended for residential use.

ALL OTHER ITEMS:
We do not offer warranty coverage. We recommend you register any items you purchase with the manufacturer to ensure you receive any (if applicable) warranty coverage.
