We will grind your coffee for no charge. Let us know your preferred grind size on each order.

Pick-up orders will be processed as quick as possible. We will let you know when your order is ready for pick-up. Pick-up location is our Roastery Store located in Regina, SK @ 1400 St. John Street.

Local delivery service is available in the Regina, SK area (includes, Pilot Butte, White City and Emerald Park). Outside of that we use Canada Post or Purolator Courier.

SHIPPING RATES

Caliber Coffee Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason whatsoever you are not satisfied with your Caliber Coffee brand coffee bean purchase bring it back for a full refund within 90 days of purchase. 

Food Product Return Policy: Any items that do not meet your satisfaction for any reason may be returned within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Original receipt must be presented at the time of return.

Equipment, Gear and Non-Food Product Return Policy: Equipment, Gear and Non-Food Products that are faulty within 30 days of the purchase date are eligible for a full or partial refund based solely at our discretion. Original receipt must be presented at the time of return.

Warranty Coverage: We do not offer warranty coverage on any items. We recommend you register any items you purchase with the manufacturer to ensure you receive any applicable warranty coverage. Most applicable manufacturer warranty coverage will become void if you fail to use soft water and neglect cleaning and maintenance as outlined in your owner’s manual. All products we sell are intended for residential use.
