Aquiares is one of Costa Rica’s most historic coffee farms. Sitting high on the slopes of the Turrialba Volcano, coffee plots are interlaced with over a dozen natural springs & nearly 20 kilometers in streams, all protected by buffer zones inline with Rainforest Alliance Certification. These streams form a network of natural corridors amongst the farm that connect the large, protected forests within the two river valleys, providing a healthy environment for the local animals, birds, & plants.

Entre Rios, which means between rivers, blends equally Marsellesa & Red Obata varietals—the result is a sweet & clean cup. With a bright, balanced & sweet acidity, expect notes of limeade, brown sugar & a hint of strawberry on the finish.
